Ave. Another attempt to get into Stopgeym’s blogs. This time, after reading the rules and doing everything correctly (I hope..).
What did you come with?. Actually. Narrative rimworld, with interactivity for viewers (from creating pawns with their own backstory, to triggering random events and voting on controversial issues).
This is already the 4th season, indirectly connected by a common thread of history with the previous 3, but not strongly, just for the sake of a little fan service.
Rimworld assembly is not naked. There are modifications, no frills, as lore-based as possible and not breaking the basic gameplay.
Circumstances so happened that over the past 10 days a lot of things have fallen on me in connection with moving into my own home, so… the series that I offer for review… turned out to be very mediocre. But for reference – just right.
Episode 9, season 4.
Day 1, 9 quarter cycle
Thanks to our hydroponic farms and outdoor crops, food supplies, namely rice, are finally starting to accumulate.
And it would probably be worth thinking about the possibility of long-term storage, so that the problem of food and its supplies never arises again.
And while everyone was busy with serious things and hard work, I spent my time in the literary field, finishing a book on rhetoric in my free time.
With the hope that the advice gleaned from it and my… experience in this area that came from nowhere, will help guild members more easily get in touch with each other, avoiding unnecessary insults and bickering.
No serious incidents occurred until the night.
When at sunset, another mechanoid ship rushed across the sky and landed somewhere not far from the previous one.
Creeping expansion? emergency landing? or reconnaissance mission?
We still didn’t have answers to these questions.
But the degree of anxiety began to grow.
Day 2, 9 quarter cycle
There was a smell of change in the air this morning. Sharp gusts of cold air are definitely not what we are used to in a couple of cycles spent on this planet.
The weather is changing. We didn’t even know how long these changes would last and how much they were destined to change our way of life.
At 9 am, an attempt was made to raid Priozerie by the Ash Mountain gang.
The hot firefight ended in our victory without a single serious loss on our part.
Therefore, after providing first aid to everyone in need, Berlin and River returned to their work on the construction of the sleeping compartment.
One of them furiously destroyed interior walls, while the other immediately built new ones from slate blocks.
The first random event launched by spectators (not without mistakes on my part). but that’s ok)
Day 3, 9 quarter cycle
Because of yesterday’s raid, it was decided that it was necessary to slightly modify the line of the first defense by completing 2 more rows of walls in order to prevent the enemy from hiding behind the natural terrain.
But we won’t be able to finish the work on time. After all, by 8 am a reconnaissance squad of mechanoids will appear.
Small bots with power shields and flamethrowers moved into the depths of Priozerye.
It was possible to repel the attacks relatively easily, but there were some incidents.
The flames of the Firebots made Ulfric’s hammer so hot that his hands were burned. And he spent most of the battle completely unaware of how to fight further.
However, its uselessness due to the burns received will continue for some time.
But this was the last call for today and the rest of the day passed in an attempt to return to normal operation.
If you do not take into account the next solar eclipse caused by one of the moons.
Day 4, 9 quarter cycle
Apart from the nighttime incident with 673, which resulted in her being locked in a cell with Marcus, most of the 4th day was unremarkable.
The main focus of work, of course, was on the sleeping module and trusses.
There was also a Dominion shuttle that took away a cow that had been visiting us for the last few days, but we didn’t even remember for what reason, we continued to look after her..
Day 5, 9 quarter cycle
It would probably be https://tgpcasino.co.uk/ worth noting that Berlin recently celebrated its 45th anniversary. The event is not remarkable, because it never came to the celebration.
But all this time we noted alarm bells and strange behavior of our digger.
At moments he seemed to not remember what he was talking about a minute ago with others or stood at a loss, trying to understand what he was doing and where he was going.
We tried to attribute it to stress and the circumstances in which we found ourselves.
But today’s nervous breakdown brought clarity to the current situation, and Hussl diagnosed Berlin with early signs of Alzheimer’s disease.
Probably… for now… nothing to worry about, but still.. this is a very worrying sign.
Day 6, 9 quarter cycle
New day. And again a raid on Priozerie. Should have been expecting us in the next few hours.
After all, the aborigines had already arrived in our lands and were just waiting for an opportunity to attack.
But by the will of fate and coincidence of circumstances.
Dominion tax collectors suddenly appeared and took over this problem.
The superiority of firepower over numbers was obvious.
Satisfied with this outcome, we continued to go about our business.
Moreover, a wave of pacification has now swept through the male, dominant part of the colony.
This means that the coming days should probably pass in peace without breakdowns, hysterics and fights.
In addition to the dominion, today traders from neighboring settlements also visited our region.
But the meager and not particularly useful assortment of goods did not allow us to conclude any kind of profitable deal.
Day 7, 9 quarter cycle
Meanwhile. Yesterday’s battle between the aborigines and the dominion did not pass without a trace for us. On the battlefield we were able to find one of the laser swords that was not biocoded and was completely ready for use.
A powerful and deadly weapon that ignores any armor – definitely a great acquisition that will definitely find its use one day.
Today Hustle finally left the dungeons of his laboratory in which he had been poring over the drawings for a long time.
And he went to the east of the fenced area, where he set up his “design bureau”.
It took the old man half a day of desperate work for a real helicopter to appear before us.
According to Hasl, it is serviceable and working.
A small two-seater device should allow us to quickly respond to events around the lake region.
But only on the condition that we have fuel, which we don’t have yet.
It is important to note that air temperatures have been dropping rapidly over the past week.
And now in our latitude it stays somewhere around a comfortable 18 degrees, which is complete nonsense for this time of year, when in past years we recorded figures from 30-40 degrees Celsius.
But how long this will continue and how far the temperature will drop – we can only guess.
Day 8, 9 quarter cycle
Today we finally found time to install a powerful communications console, which will finally allow us to keep in touch almost throughout the planet and even with ships that go into orbit, if any.
Which will even come in handy, because at about 10 am, not far from our southern walls, another Dominion shuttle will crash, followed by more savages.
And before they reach the crash site, we will have time to finally conclude our first major deal with the wholesale traders, exchanging our supply of skins for fuel, chemical reagents, components and silver.
The attack of the savages in an attempt to capture the Dominion masters will happen only at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, but they will no longer have a chance to resist the combined firepower.
And in gratitude for the assistance provided, the Empire will also thank Khasla, giving him a title of lower rank.
Instead of the idle Tsybuli, who no longer wanted to shoulder any responsibilities and obligations.
Day 9, 9 quarter cycle
There is no longer a trace left of the comfortable 18 degrees that I wrote about earlier.
The cold snap dropped the temperature, for the first time since our arrival, below zero degrees, down to -6 in the early morning.
This meant that the 3 heaters that we stole during one of our raids finally had a use and they no longer needed to gather dust in the warehouse.
Also, that our open-air crops will not survive frosts and will die one after another.
Plus, we urgently need to start sewing warm clothes if we don’t want to die and freeze those few limbs that we still have left.
Against the backdrop of all these worries, the conflict between Orin and Hasl, which broke out on the basis of senseless insults, looked completely uninteresting.
Moreover, the therapy I conduct really helps… I just can’t find enough time to help everyone in need in order to completely avoid similar situations in the future.
Day 10, 9 quarter cycle
The sewing table with the electric machine was built in a hurry with maximum priority.
And already today – Orin was poring over the cotton down jackets that we collected from the fields.
There is about a week left until we can move into the living quarters where there will be ventilation, large beds, and everything we need that we can think of.
And now the dismantling and construction of new last walls is underway.
But considering the time spent. It begins to seem that this was an overly ambitious project for the still fragile lakeside region.
Day 11, 9 quarter cycle
Apart from the visit of the Dominion emissaries who flew in to crown Hasl, there is not much to tell.
That coronation took place hastily, without unnecessary fanfare, noise and hubbub.
And having bestowed the title on our scientist, the Dominion emissary with his retinue left our region on his shuttle as quickly as he had arrived.
Day 12, 9 quarter cycle
The cold snap is finally over.
And probably our panic was unnecessary, because the temperature returned again… no, not to normal, but at least to 7 degrees Celsius at night.
Which, although incredibly low for our latitudes… but leaves room for maneuver. However, whether it will decrease further… we still don’t know.
The rest of the day was spent in uninteresting idle work.
We were still looking with interest at the device that Hustle had designed, waiting for an opportunity to test it in flight..
Plus, from the communication console, we also learned that the Kingdom of Edlor, during a military operation, still managed to destroy one of the mechanoid ships, probably the one that landed 10 days ago.
So, at least we are not alone in our struggle for survival on this planet.
Day 13, 9 quarter cycle
Another trade caravan. 3rd in a row. Probably, Priozerie is beginning to acquire trade interest much more quickly than we could have expected.
Also, today Jame finally started taking apart the mechanoid bots that attacked us recently.
Not to say that this is a very useful process… but you will definitely be able to use some parts.
We are also starting to think about building a room for a new pumping station, having at our disposal much more advanced drawings than a wind pump and a wooden barrel.
Day 14, 9 quarter cycle
Based on the fact that in our lands, a detachment of hunters was seen prowling in search of provisions… it is logical to assume that the problem of hunger is familiar not only to us.
It was stupid to hinder the hunting of hunters. We still weren’t involved in shooting local game, and spoiling relations with neighbors was not at all appropriate.
The sleeping compartment gradually took on a finished look. It will probably take the next 15 days to bring it into a habitable state. And we can finally move there.
Day 15, 9 quarter cycle
Last morning of the quarter. And again the raid. Androids and humans with lever-action rifles and revolvers tried to storm our primitive fortifications.
But alas for them, it turned out to be too tough.
And with this, another chapter about Priozerie comes to an end.
The only thing that has remained completely unchanged during this time… is the prisoner Marcus, who continues to drag out his existence behind bars.
These are the things. If you are interested in the project and would like to join and become part of the story, just think a little about your character and send his description\biography\etc either in the comments or in any other way.
